The Honorverse Readthrough Index

David Weber’s Honorverse is a sprawling, multi-series military space opera of epic proportions. Reading through the entire saga is going to take me a while, but any reviews or articles that relate to the Honorverse will be added here.

The list below shows all novels in internal chronological order. For publication date and series order, check the reviews themselves. Not included are the YA Star Kingdom trilogy, or the multi-author anthologies.

For those looking for a good place to start, I recommend either A Call To Duty for chronological order, or On Basilisk Station for publication/series order.

What about short stories and her Middie and Lieutenant stories?

I’m sticking to the full adult novels for this readthrough, though if I stumble across other stories I might include them once I up to date.

Thank you for the Chronoligical order of the Honorverse. I am in my 4th or more reading of the original series, and am old enough to forget the reading order between times starting the series again. It gets confusing when such a long series which seems to jump around in printing dates vs reading order is read for content. My library of 1356 books is richer for the Weber series and at 84, I look forward to reading the series again, with the latest additions in a few years. Since I retain the basic stories, and tend to forget the specifics, starting a new readthru is always a pleasure. Your list will keep me on the right track. Again, thank you.
