The Great Summer Reading Roundup: Part III: Book Bingo

Way back in January, I kicked off my year of reading with a new challenge. A book bingo sheet. Though little more than a fun way to keep readers on their toes, I’ve seen this spring up in a few places online, for which I am immensely grateful. Now that we’re in the middle of August, it’s well past time for me to provide a few updates on my own reading.

That’s some good progress, if I do say so myself. I’m still looking for animal companions, SF horror, and artificial intelligences, but with four months left, I’m confident of completing the bingo sheet before the end of the year.

Thus concludes my summer reading roundup. I’ll be back soon with more reviews, but until then stay reading. And if you’ve joined the bingo, let me know how it’s going.

That’s great work on the bingo card. I’m still just trying for a single bingo, but since I have been reading an average of one SF book a month, I’m still quite a way away from getting there.
